Premier Contracting LTD is currently seeking a full-time General Labourer to join our growing team in Thunder Bay. We are looking for a hardworking, dependable individual who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team-oriented construction environment.

Position Summary

As a General Labourer, you will support our crews on a variety of job sites by assisting with construction, excavation, and site preparation tasks while helping maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist equipment operators and crew members with daily tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Site clean-up and debris removal
• Digging, lifting, and general construction labour
• Set up and take down job sites
• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leads
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Previous construction or labour experience is an asset (not required)
• Valid driver’s licence an asset
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs+
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Commitment to workplace safety
